Water Baptism is a celebration of your decision to follow Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. We at New Beginning want to stand with you and celebrate and declare publicly that you have decided to surrender your life to the Lord.
Baptism: Christ set the example. Mark 1:9 - it came to pass in those days that Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee and was baptized by John in the Jordan.
Christ commanded baptism:Matthew 28:19-20 - Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.
Baptism is a testimony of our faith:Acts 2:41 - Then those that gladly received his word were baptized; and that day about three thousand souls were added to them. Acts 18:8 - Then Crispus, the ruler of the synagogue, believed on the Lord with all his household. And many of the Corinthians, hearing, believed and were baptized.
